PBPC is composed of one elected faculty member from each department and one elected student at the doctoral, master's and undergraduate level, all voting members, and the associate dean responsible for budget and finance, the department administrators and one annually rotating department chair, all non-voting. PBPC maintains the standard operating procedures for planning and budgetary matters.
