Inclusion, Diversity and Equity Committee

IDEC is composed of one elected faculty member from each department, one staff member identified by the Staff Committee, and three elected representatives of the student body, one at the doctoral level, one at the master's and one at the undergraduate level. The associate dean for diversity, equity, and inclusion is an non-voting, ex-officio member. Additional non-voting members may be drawn from the ranks of associate dean, center directors, or others in the school responsible for diversity, equity, and inclusion topics. 

IDEC identifies and implements a broad range of activities directed to increasing diversity and fostering an inclusive climate.
