I applied to the NYU Langone Fellowship because I was amazed at how well their hospital services reflected the community needs of their diverse populations. I wanted to build a career with one of the best health systems in the nation that put a significant focus on innovation and strategy with the patient in the heart of every decision they made and the process they implemented. I accepted my offer because of how well I connected with my interviewers.
I truly felt like they had a genuine interest in getting to know me, and this made my conversations with my interviewers unique. I'm looking forward to working with some of the most experienced health care leaders and work on a diverse range of projects that will allow me to be a better health care leader.
