Faculty Directory Format

Submit your changes to phcomm@pitt.edu. All directory profile requests must come through the Dean's Office.

In general, changes are made within a few business days. During faculty evaluation season when we experience high volume, there may be a delay. Changes will be made by June 30. Contact Caitlin McCullough with questions.

Submitting outside of the parameters below (including more than five contributions, more than two publications/products per contribution, an intro for your contributions, contributions that are more than 75 words) will result in a request to resubmit.

Required Format

Developed by the Dean's Office in accordance with NIH biosketch format. Guidelines rolled out in spring of 2024 and requirement went into effect July 1, 2025.

Photos

Profile photos are requested, but not required. They must be fairly high-resolution and at minimum, 680x600 pixels. We will take care of cropping and resizing, but if the file is not at least that large, it may not work. Please send image files (png or jpg) separately and not within a Word or other document.
