Biostatistics Research Day
This annual spring event showcases student research and interdisciplinary research among graduate students and faculty. Biostatistics students gain experience presenting their research on statistical methods or applications and receive feedback while building valuable connections.
ENAR Spring Meeting
The ENAR Spring Meeting is the annual meeting of the Eastern North American Region (ENAR) of the International Biometrics Society (IBS). Faculty and students regularly participate in short courses, tutorials and roundtables and give invited talks, contributed talks, and poster presentations.
Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM)
The Joint Statistical Meetings (JSM) is the largest gathering of statisticians held each year in North America. Many biostatistics students and faculty from Pitt Public Health participate in this conference either as speakers or as poster presenters.
