Each year the Office of Cultural and Leadership Development honors the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. by hosting a Social Justice Symposium. This year’s theme is “Creating a Just Community Across the Ages.”
There is the potential of having five generations in the workplace at the same time. While you may, or may not be familiar with their different names the symposium will take an in-depth look at understanding how each generation thinks, their work ethics, and how working together can create a healthy inclusive environment for faculty and staff.
