Course Evaluations
All Pitt Public Health courses are required to be evaluated every time the course is taught. OMET will evaluate courses that meet their requirements.  With the help of their department, faculty whose courses do not meet these requirements are to ensure that course evaluations take place.

Each spring, programs review the assessments and results to update action plan for the next year. For more information on the University's process visit the Provost's website. New Faculty
There are two new faculty orientation sessions for new Pitt Public Health faculty. The first is held by the school at the start of each academic year, normally in late August or September. The second is highly recommended for those faculty who will begin teaching right away. It is offered by the University's Center for Instructional Design and Distance Education (CIDDE) in August at the start of the new academic year.
