Pitt doctoral and postdoctoral trainees are invited to join Women in Bio for an interactive workshop to learn how to shape an incisive self-brand and best utilize powerful communication tools. The event is in collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh's Center for Doctoral and Postdoctoral Career Development.

6:00 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.: Registration, networking and light refreshments
6:30 p.m.- 8:00 p.m.: Interactive Workshop
After networking and light refreshments, Melanie Robb, Managing Director at ibr Search and expert in the field of talent recruitment, will guide us through a brief personality test, share the secrets for a confident interaction with multiple personality profiles, teach us how to best position our strengths and improve weaknesses, and discuss how to identify and accomplish personal and professional goals.
