Benjamin Kedem is professor, Department of Mathematics & Institute for Systems Research at the University of Maryland. He received his PhD in statistics from Carnegie Mellon University in 1973. His research focuses on spectral and regression methods in time series analysis, time series analysis by filtered zero-crossing counts, semiparametric statistical inference using samples from many sources, and data fusion.
