Personal Statement

This position was esablished to lead and manage of all aspects of academic planning processes and to support the school's strategic initiatives. Robin leads the school's accreditation process by ensuring ongoing compliance with the policies and standards of the Council on Education for Public Health (CEPH).  She is also responsble for the development and approval of new academic programs, including the evaluation and assessment of current programs. Robin also develops processes to support continuous improvement and innovation in all areas in the school through the usage of data analytics and institutional effectiveness processes and best practices. 

Prior to her current position Robin was the educational programs and practicum manager in the office of student affairs and the student services/ academic administrator in the department of infectious diseases and microbiology. During this time, she earned a Master’s degree in Higher Education Management from Pitt. 

 

As a native of Western Pennsylvania and enjoys sharing all of the hidden treasures of Pittsburgh with students. Her favorite time of year is “a tie between orientation and graduation as she enjoys the excitement of both events equally.”
