My research interests focus on

• Health sciences data

• Application of statistical methods for the analysis of neuroimaging data

• Statistical methods for the analysis of multimodality neuroimaging data

• Neuroepidemiology

My collaborative research focuses on application of statistical methods for neuroimaging data. Examples include 

• Relationship between CT characteristics and outcome after traumatic brain injury
• Relationship between MRI characteristics and outcome after traumatic brain injury

My methodological research focuses on statistical methods for multimodality neuroimaging data and propensity score analysis. This includes the following topics
• Nonparametric concordance-discordance tests
• Propensity score methods
