CHA’s “10 Keys”™ to Healthy Aging is Now Global


The Center for Healthy Aging’s (CHA) “10 Keys”™ Public Health Campaign has traveled across the seas. PPG and CHA has partnered to provide CHA’s “10 Keys”™ to Healthy Aging Resource Guide to PPG employees working in Europe. Healthy aging and prevention continues to be an important public health goal for all populations around the world. The PPG European Wellness Newsletter, published in Geneva Switzerland, announces the Campaign. The “10 Keys”™ to Healthy Aging include:

Be Active; Lower Systolic Blood Pressure; Prevent Bone Loss and Muscle Weakness; Regulate Diabetes; Lower LDL Cholesterol; Participate in Cancer Screenings; Combat Depression; Get Regular Immunizations Maintain Social Contact; and Stop Smoking.
