• Clinical Trial Design: My research focuses on the design and analysis of clinical trials across a range of clinical and public health fields. I am particularly interested in novel trial designs, advanced randomization algorithms, and efficient interim analyses.

• Liver Cirrhosis Network: As MPI for the NIDDK-funded Scientific and Data Coordinating Center supporting the Liver Cirrhosis Network, I provide statistical and operational leadership for a phase 2 clinical trial evaluating safety and efficacy of rosuvastatin in patients living with cirrhosis.
• HIV Maternal Child Health: I have collaborated on several studies designed to evaluate inflammatory, metabolic, and cardiovascular effects of in-utero HIV and antiretroviral exposures.
