The Graduate School of Nursing is partnering with Global Links, Rise Against Hunger and Pitt Study Abroad to supply and package 10,000 nutritious meals for mothers living in situations in vulnerability in rural Nicaragua. We are seeking YOUR help to package these meals on Wednesday, November 15th! This is a GREAT opportunity to network with leaders of global nonprofits and learn about maternal health in Nicaragua. Free bagels will be provided!

Every other year, the leaders in tropical medicine come to Montreal to share the latest updates health professionals working with travelers, immigrants, and indigenous populations need to know. Hosted by the McGill Summer Institute in Infectious Diseases and Global Health.
This lecture will take place in 4130 Posvar and be given by Dr. Charles Lwanga. Dr. Lwanga is a visiting assistant professor of Music at Skidmore College in New York, where he teaches theory and ethnomusicology.
