Graduates of Pitt Public Health are more than 6,600 strong and are working in the field of public health all over the world. Currently more than 5,000 alumni are active within the United States, and more than 250 are making contributions internationally. Nearly half of active Pitt Public Health graduates work in Pennsylvania, with more than a third concentrated in the Pittsburgh region.
Our alumni are critically important to the continued excellence and growth of our programs and research centers. They are living proof of the quality of our ability to provide a solid education and serve as a measure of our success as educators and researchers. They also serve each other as resources for networking and as a pipeline to job openings in the field.
