The Third Annual Med Ed Day celebrates the educational innovations and scholarship of students, fellows, residents, and faculty across all Schools of the Health Sciences. The event is sponsored by the UPSOM Academy of Master Educators (AME), in partnership with the Office of Faculty Affairs, UPSOM Office of the Vice Dean, and the Office of Academic Career Development.
Med Ed Day will accept educational work by all levels of learners: students, fellows, residents, and faculty across all the Schools of the Health Sciences, as well as:
- Descriptive abstracts regarding innovative educational programs,
- Educational research projects,
- Abstracts with significantly updated data/experience that have been presented at national and regional meetings, including the UPMC GME Leadership Conference.
Abstracts are to be submitted by 5 p.m. Friday, July 13. Med Ed Day is Friday, September 21.
