Underground Railroad Bicycle Route Featured in Times
An article in the travel section of the May 29 edition of the New York Times details part of the 2,000-mile Underground Railroad Bicycle Route, "which roughly traces the network of paths and hideouts that were used by slaves seeking freedom and the abolitionists who ferried them along." The route was developed by the Adventure Cycling Association and GSPH's Center for Minority Health. Read the complete article here.
