Quinn Presents at the National Academy of Sciences
Sandra Quinn, PhD, associate dean for student affairs and education and associate professor of behavioral and community health sciences, was invited to be a panelist at a September 14 meeting on Advancing Behavioral and Social Research on the Elderly in Disasters at the National Academy of Sciences. Quinn presented on disparities in exposure, susceptibility, and access to health care in the H1N1 pandemic, including willingness to accept an Emergency Use Authorization vaccine. The meeting was sponsored by the National Academy of Sciences Committee on Population and the National Institute on Aging.
