Tuition Costs and Billing

The tuition and fees listed below reflect current information at the time of posting. GSPH include the information here as a convenience and a reference. Rates are set by the University and the official postings on the University Web site should be consulted for any concerns.

In the Fall and Spring terms, students registered full-time (9-15 credits) are billed at a flat, full-time rate. Students registered part-time (0.5–8.5 credits) are billed on a per-credit basis. All students are billed on a per-credit basis in the Summer Term. Doctoral students registered for Full-Time Doctoral Research (FTDR) pay a flat rate of $500 plus full-time fees.

Students are billed electronically: the invoice is sent to the student’s University email address after registration for classes. Students must pay tuition by the due date on the invoice or else be liable for late fees. The University may also place a financial hold on an overdue account.

For information on the University’s Payment Plan and other resources, see the Web site of the Office of Student Financial Services at http://www.bc.pitt.edu/students/.
